The student satisfaction survey gathers direct feedback from enrolled students about their academic and campus experience. It is built for universities, colleges, and academic departments that want to measure how students feel about teaching, facilities, and support services. With 10 questions on a single, easy to complete form, most classes finish it in a few minutes across one to two printed pages.
What this survey measures
The form covers the parts of student life that shape overall satisfaction. Nine rated questions ask about teaching quality inside and outside the major, how well facilities are maintained, the helpfulness of academic advisors, campus safety, and satisfaction with university policies. Final questions ask how likely students are to continue attending and to recommend the university, plus overall satisfaction. An open comment box lets students add anything the rated scales miss.
How to use it on paper
Hand the survey out at the end of a lecture, during an advising session, or at a student services desk, and ask students to use a blue or black pen. Collect the completed forms in a box or folder as students leave. When you are ready to see results, scan or photograph the pages and upload them to PaperSurvey, which reads the marked answers and open comments automatically so you skip manual data entry.
