  • How is university pricing different from regular plans?
    University plans are designed for institutions that need many user accounts with a shared page pool. Regular plans are designed for individual teams with fewer users. University plans offer significantly better per-user pricing and higher overall capacity.
  • Why are university plans so much cheaper per user than regular plans?
    University plans use a shared page pool, so a professor running a large end-of-semester evaluation can use more pages while colleagues who aren't scanning that month use fewer. That flexibility across many users, combined with the annual commitment, is what makes the per-user price significantly lower.
  • Can different departments have separate teams?
    Yes. Each plan includes multiple teams, so different departments, labs, or research groups can work independently while sharing the institutional account and page pool.
  • How does the shared page pool work?
    The monthly page allocation is shared across all users in the institutional account. For example, on the Department plan, 25 users share 20,000 pages per month. Usage resets monthly.
  • Can we pay by purchase order or bank transfer?
    Yes. All university plans support payment by purchase order, bank transfer, or credit card. Contact us at hello@papersurvey.io to arrange alternative payment methods.
  • Can you complete our security questionnaire or vendor assessment?
    Yes. We regularly complete security questionnaires, vendor risk assessments, and IT review forms for universities. Send yours to hello@papersurvey.io and we'll return it within a few business days.
  • Is there a trial or pilot option?
