We do not offer refunds, unless you cancel your upgrade and contact support within 14 days of purchasing the upgrade.

This policy is not applicable to subscription renewals - you may only request a refund for the first billing cycle.

How will you refund my payment?

You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about a week to appear on your statement.
