MB "Mygtukynas" ("us", "we", or "our") operates the papersurvey.io website (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

Definitions

"Mygtukynas MB" may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

According to CalOPPA we agree to the following:

  1. users can visit our site anonymously;
  2. our Privacy Policy link includes the word “Privacy”, and can easily be found on the page specified above on the home page of our website;
  3. users will be notified of any privacy policy changes on our Privacy Policy Page;
  4. users are able to change their personal information by emailing us at support@papersurvey.io.;

Our Policy on “Do Not Track” Signals:

We honor Do Not Track signals and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track browser mechanism is in place. Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.

Service Providers

PaperSurvey employs third-party processors under contract as part of providing our services to you, who may process your personal data in cases where we are the data controller. In these cases, we only share the necessary information to enable them to carry out their tasks. Such external service providers are carefully selected in order to ensure your privacy and to fulfil our obligations under the GDPR. Service providers may only use the data for the purposes under the agreement entered into between PaperSurvey and the service provider.

If it serves investigations of illegal use of our services or is required to pursue legal claims, personal data may be shared with law enforcement agencies, public bodies and third-party victims’ claims based upon court orders or other binding orders from public bodies. Such transfer of data will be made in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

    Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

    You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

  • Stripe

    Stripe provides the technical, fraud prevention, and banking infrastructure required to operate online payment systems. We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Security and Retention

Your data will be deleted from our systems and third-party processors once it is no longer required for the aforementioned purposes. We delete or anonymize logs within 90 days of collection. If you delete your user account, your personal data will be removed from our systems without unreasonable delay, and at the latest within 90 days, unless applicable legislation or legal process prevents us from doing so. To the extent that PaperSurvey is legally obliged to archive data, such data will be blocked and will not be available for productive use.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk associated with the processing of Personal Data. We maintain organizational, technical and administrative measures designed to protect Personal Data within our organization against unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration or misuse. Your Personal Data is only accessible to a limited number of personnel who need access to the information to perform their duties. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of your account has been compromised), please contact us immediately.

If you are a user, we retain your Personal Data as long as we are providing the Services to you. We retain Personal Data to comply with our tax, accounting, and financial reporting obligations, where we are required to retain the data by our contractual commitments to our financial partners, and where data retention is mandated by the payment methods that we support. Where we retain data, we do so in accordance with any limitation periods and records retention obligations that are imposed by applicable law.

Location of your data

PaperSurvey is based in Lithuania and will primarily access your data from Europe. Your personal data will be stored on servers within the EU/EEA hosted by our subprocessor DigitalOcean - primarily in data centers in Amsterdam, Netherlands but also at other DigitalOcean data centers throughout the EU. Your data may be stored transiently or cached in any country in which DigitalOcean or its agents maintain facilities.

Your rights

You are entitled, upon request, to disclosure regarding your personal data that we are storing or are otherwise processing. You are also entitled to have any incorrect personal data corrected and rights to blocking or deletion of your personal data. Under certain conditions, you have the right to object to processing of your personal data, and as far as the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) has entered into force you may ask to receive your personal data in a structured and commonly used format so that it can easily be transferred to you or another data controller you appoint (this is known as “data portability”). Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children").

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. The “Last updated” legend at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when this Privacy Policy was last revised. Any changes are effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on the Services.
