  • Which subscription plan should I choose?
    We offer three plans: Standard, Enterprise, and Enterprise Plus.
    • For most use cases, the Enterprise plan is the best fit.
    • Upgrade to Enterprise Plus if you need to process a higher volume of pages.
    • Choose the Standard plan if your needs are limited to processing a small number of surveys.
  • What if I need to process more than 10,000 pages per month?
    The Enterprise Plus plan can be purchased in multiples. Each unit adds 10,000 pages, 18,000 handwritten fields, 15 user accounts, and 2 teams. For example, selecting 3 units gives you 30,000 pages/month, 45 users, and 6 teams. You can adjust the quantity using the dropdown on the Enterprise Plus pricing card above.
  • What are the different support tiers?
    Our response times are prioritized based on your subscription plan:

    Standard Plan: Within 72 hours
    Enterprise Plan: Within 48 hours
    Enterprise Plus Plan: Within 24 hours

    Enterprise Plus customers on the annual plan can schedule phone or video conferences in advance, subject to availability.
  • Can I pay by bank transfer or purchase order?
    Payment by bank transfer or purchase order is available for yearly Enterprise Plus plan subscribers (minimum 20,000 pages, $2,500/year).

    We recommend using a black or blue pen for best recognition accuracy.

  • Can I collect responses on the web?

    Yes, you can share a link to a web survey and collect responses in a web form. All results can be analyzed from a single spreadsheet alongside paper responses.

  • Can I export the data?

    Yes, you can export your data in CSV, Excel, Google Sheets, SPSS, and PDF formats in seconds.

  • Do I need to install any software on my computer to use PaperSurvey.io?

    No, PaperSurvey.io is cloud-based and requires no installation. All software updates and new features are automatically available to all customers.

  • Do I need a special scanner to use PaperSurvey.io?

    No, you can use any economy or business scanner to scan printed forms. We recommend using a scanner with a document feeder to speed up the scanning process.

  • What is the minimum subscription duration?
    There is no minimum commitment. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your billing period.

    Yearly plans are billed annually and offer a discount equivalent to two free months. If you cancel a yearly plan, you will retain access until the end of the billing year.
  • Do you offer university or institutional pricing?
    Yes. We offer volume pricing designed for universities with bulk user accounts and shared page pools. Visit our university pricing page for details on Department, Faculty, and University-Wide plans.
