Emojis are not supported in PaperSurvey. The PDF rendering engine does not include emoji fonts, so emoji characters will not appear correctly when printed.

As a workaround, you can save emojis or icons as image files and upload them into your survey using the image feature. This gives you full control over how they appear in print and works reliably across all printers.
