This hotel guest satisfaction paper survey helps front-desk teams and hospitality managers collect structured feedback from guests during or after their stay. What this survey measures
A single rating grid covers the aspects that shape a stay: staff friendliness, politeness, and professionalism, the speed of check-in, room cleanliness and how well housekeeping performed, how well the room was equipped, concierge help, and the comfort of the bed linens. Further rows measure response time to requests, food service hours, breakfast quality and price, overall food quality, the affordability of the stay, and how likely guests are to return or to discourage others. How to use it on paper
