You can download your analysis dashboards as PowerPoint files, making it easy to include survey results in presentations and reports.
Exporting as PowerPoint (PPTX)

- Open the analysis view you want to export
- Click the menu button in the toolbar and select Export
- Choose whether to export the whole view or pick individual widgets to include
- Click Export and the file will be generated and downloaded to your computer
Each widget on your dashboard becomes a slide in the PowerPoint file, and number widgets such as averages, counts, and scores are combined onto a single summary slide. Charts are exported as native PowerPoint charts, so you can restyle or edit them after export. Maps and word clouds are included as images. The presentation starts with a title slide showing the view name, survey title, and any active filters.
Export options
- Export as PDF - Download the report as a PDF file instead of a PowerPoint (.pptx) file
- Print-friendly (grayscale) - Uses distinct gray shades and adds borders and data tables, optimized for black-and-white printing
Customizing exports
Before exporting, you can adjust your dashboard to control what appears in the export:
- Add or remove widgets to include only the charts you need
- Reorder widgets by dragging them on the dashboard, as the export follows the same order
- Apply filters to narrow the data before exporting
- Rename your view to set the title that appears in the export
The export captures the current state of your dashboard, including any active filters.
Exporting the Results tab
The Results tab has its own Export button. You can export one slide per question using the currently displayed chart types, or select multiple chart types per question to export each as a separate slide. The same PDF and print-friendly grayscale options are available.
