Why does my card keep getting declined?
Help Center Billing • Last updated: 18 October, 2021The most common reasons for a failed transaction include insufficient funds, incorrect card details, and suspicions of fraud.
In case of a transaction failure first, check if the card details you entered are correct and make sure that there are enough funds in your account to make a purchase.
If the transaction keeps getting declined try using another card, contact your card issuer, or arrange a wire transfer into papersurvey.io bank account. If you would like to arrange wire transfer please contact support at support@papersurvey.io
Common reasons for a payment failure:
- Insufficient funds
- Your card has expired
- Incorrectly entered information
- Account flagged for fraud
- Credit limit has been maxed out
- Transaction blocked
- Your card doesn't allow international transactions
